BALLOT/VOTING
Online Eligibility Entry Period
Artist must have released their project during the time period of January 1, 2019 until November 25, 2019. Project must be fully encoded!
Nomination Process
Record companies, artists, promoters, agents, and board members may nominate eligible artist (s). Nomination must be accompanied by a biography, picture, and two mp3s. These items will be used for promotional purposes to radio stations and other relevant organizations. Send all required items to by February 1, 2020. The nominees will be announced during an online press conference by the second week in February 2019, which will be announced.
Final Voting Information
The general public will be the voting body for the final ballot. Voting will begin on February 30, 2020 and end on March 30, 2020.
Results
Final results will be announced at the S&M Gospel Indie Awards Show in July 2020. Finalists will be notified in May 2020. Artists must be present or represented to obtain trophy.
