BALLOT/VOTING
Online Eligibility Entry Period
Artist must have released their project during the time period of January 1, 2022 until November 23, 2022. Project must be fully encoded!
Nomination Process
Record companies, artists, promoters, agents, and board members may nominate eligible artist (s). Nomination must be accompanied by a biography, picture, and two mp3s. These items will be used for promotional purposes to radio stations and other relevant organizations. Send all required items to franluwa@gmail.com by March 01, 2023. The nominees will be announced during an online press conference by the third week in April 2023 which will be announced. Nominations end at midnight of March 01, 2023.
Final Voting Information
The general public will be the voting body for the final ballot. Voting will begin on April 2023 and end on May 2023.
Results
Final results will be announced at the S&M Gospel Indie Awards Show on August 26, 2023.
